A delegation from Pittsburgh visits Bilbao to see the Zorrotzaurre development project

An 18-person delegation, made up of managers from the Pittsburgh Technology Council and other managers from companies and institutions related to regional and sectorial promotion of that US city, has visited Bilbao to gain first-hand knowledge of the local development projects in Bizkaia, including the Zorrotzaurre project.

The delegation was received by the Mayor of Bilbao and several city councillors, as well as representatives of Bilbao Metrópoli 30, Bilbao Ekintza and the Guggenheim Museum.

On Wednesday, September 20^th, Pablo Otaola, Director of the Zorrotzaurre Management Commission analysed with them, in a working session, the various urban aspects of the project. This was complemented with a trip to the Zorrotzaurre peninsula where they visited some of the creative projects.
